1. Overview of Service

The CEO Debrief is a subscription-based service that delivers a curated weekly PDF intelligence report tailored for verified CEOs, CXOs, and founders. The report contains publicly available insights, summaries, and observations relevant to the subscriber's organization, competitors, and industry.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a company or business to subscribe to our service. We reserve the right to verify your identity and professional role prior to granting access to the service.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Trial Period: We offer a complimentary 7-day trial, after which the subscription will auto-renew unless canceled.

• Subscription Charges: Charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the subscription period begins.

• Payment Platform: All payments are securely processed through third-party services such as PayPal. We do not directly store or handle any financial information.

4. Delivery of Reports

• Reports are delivered via email in PDF format on a weekly basis.

• Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen technical circumstances. In such cases, we aim to rectify the issue at the earliest possible opportunity.

• You agree that the report provided is for your internal executive use only.

5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

• All curated reports are based solely on public data, news sources, regulatory filings, and other lawful channels.

• We do not claim ownership of proprietary or confidential insights belonging to your organization.

• The design, format, and method of delivery are proprietary to The CEO Debrief.

• You may use the report for internal decision-making purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce the reports for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or role in your organization;

• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or replicate our report-generation methodology;

• Share or distribute our reports outside your executive leadership team without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our reports are compiled from third-party, public data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

• The CEO Debrief shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or reliance on our reports.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
